Job summary

ForceBrands in Louisville, KY is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics. You will manage co-packers, 3PLs, freight providers, and key suppliers while driving demand planning and production scheduling.

The role requires a hands-on, high-impact leader who can optimize inventory, COGS reporting, and ERP workflows, and develop scalable SOPs to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience within CPG, food & beverage, consumer products, or another fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Experience building teams, implementing processes, and leading through growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Manage relationships with co-packers, 3PLs, freight providers, and key suppliers.
• Drive demand planning, inventory forecasting, and production scheduling.
• Own inventory accuracy, COGS reporting, and operational cost optimization.
• Continue developing ERP workflows, automation, and system integrations.
• Build scalable SOPs and operational processes to support continued growth.
• Coach and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple functional areas.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
