Job summary

Smalls Sliders is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the Atlanta area to optimize end-to-end supply chain, ensuring reliable delivery of ingredients, equipment, and services to Franchisees and Corporate Cans. You will report to the VP of Supply Chain and drive sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and process improvements to scale operations.

This role collaborates with marketing, training, culinary, operations, and finance to align initiatives, onboard franchisees, and monitor compliance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive supply chain or procurement experience, ideally within foodservice, QSR, or franchise operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated success in vendor negotiation, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing internal stakeholders and external partners.
• High level of organization, adaptability, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Process Ownership: design and refine scalable, cost-efficient processes.
• Vendor Partnership & Management: onboarding, performance tracking, and contract administration.
• Project & Systems Stewardship: oversee Monday.com milestones and cross-department inputs.
• Forecasting & Reporting: collaborate with Finance on demand planning and insights.
• Risk & Compliance Support: monitor food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Franchisee onboarding: support supplier setup with franchisees and new openings.
• Inventory and pricing management: provide analysis and reporting on inventory and pricing.
