JINYA HOLDINGS INC. is seeking a Senior Support Specialist to play a key operational role supporting our franchise system in Los Angeles. You will blend franchise support with hands-on logistics, inventory control, menu management, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both on-site tasks and computer-based work, including using Excel for tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory, or operations support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and handle items up to 50 pounds.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead franchise support through onboarding and ongoing operational inquiries.
• Manage inventory and invoicing for smallwares and related materials.
• Oversee packaging and shipping operations, including preparing items for shipment and tracking.
• Conduct financial reconciliation tied to shipped goods and inventory.
• Coordinate menu updates and proofing for accuracy and error prevention.
• Alert and align internal teams around deadlines and impacts.
• Support documentation and process changes to improve the franchise experience.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues requiring senior operational judgment.
