Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. seeks a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain including forecasting, planning, warehousing, inventory, and distribution, while guiding external logistics and internal teams.

You will drive KPI tracking, optimize processes, and ensure customer satisfaction across the order cycle. Requirements include a 6+ year track record in hardware operations and supply chain with leadership experience, plus strong analytical and BI reporting skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years of leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, OR and optimization of transportation networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party service providers and monitor performance.
• Oversee order cycle, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvements.
• Direct logistics operations, negotiate rates/services, and optimize transportation networks.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders.
• Develop risk management programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
