Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a senior leader for end-to-end supply chain planning at its Tempe, AZ headquarters. You will own global SIOP/IBP processes, align regional objectives with corporate goals, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to optimize cost, cash and service.

You will build and harmonize planning processes, drive IBP/S&OP maturity, lead a high-performing team, and guide strategic initiatives such as NPI and ERP roadmap across regions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive management experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing or sourcing
• 5+ years leading a global SIOP/IBP with P&L impact
• 7+ years managing supply chain transformation/change in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end supply chain planning strategy to optimize cost, cash and service across regional and global objectives
• Regularly review end-to-end value stream and drive continuous improvement
• Lead BU global SIOP/IBP processes with broad stakeholder engagement
• Lead a team of planning professionals and set priorities across source, make, deliver, and fulfillment
• Ensure regional/global planning processes and metrics (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns) are in place and actions taken
• Drive demand consensus across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations with actionable insights
• Harmonize planning processes across horizons (0–13 weeks to 60 months) and digitize where appropriate
• Advance IBP/S&OP and S&OE maturity with cross-functional guidance
• Support initiatives like NPI, RECODE architecture/portfolio, ERP strategy and planning roadmaps
• Develop and optimize team capability and resource alignment for regional/global success
