Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager in Arizona to lead procurement for chassis mechanical materials. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver world-class products on time and at scale.

Establish global strategies, support development and industrialization, and drive decisions across the product life cycle. The role requires strong supplier management, cost optimization, and risk mitigation with 10–20% travel to supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Business, or Engineering.
Experience with complex analysis, consulting, supply chain and data analytics.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships across stamping, extrusion, casting, and other supply sources.
Establish KPIs to measure supplier performance and drive improvements.
Negotiate contracts to maximize value and ensure compliance.
Forecast demand with cross-functional teams and optimize inventory levels.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; collaborate with Finance for supplier solvency.
Lead cost-reduction initiatives and report savings across the budget.
