Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a seasoned Sr. level Global Supply Chain Manager to craft and execute procurement strategies for materials in our battery enclosure systems. You’ll partner with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver world-class products on time and cost effectively.

The role requires leading supplier relationships, evaluating performance against KPIs, negotiating contracts, and aligning cross-functional teams across a global supply chain. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• Proven experience with complex analysis, consulting, supply chain, and data analytics.
• Impeccable presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work with sound judgment on stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and triage based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationship management to ensure continuity and performance.
• Establish KPIs and evaluate supplier performance against targets.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts for maximum value.
• Collaborate with demand planning to forecast cylindrical battery cell requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks across functions.
• Analyze costs, drive reductions, and report savings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, PM, Quality, Planning, Production).
• Travel 10–20% to visit suppliers and conduct reviews.
