Job summary

Lucid Motors in Michigan is seeking a Supply Chain Group Manager focused on interior cockpit components. You will lead a global team of supply chain professionals and partner with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver on time and with cost efficiency.

This role drives global supply chain strategy, supports development and industrialization, and ensures supplier performance throughout the product life cycle. Travel 15-25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or related
• Experience launching products from design to production
• Strong analytical, negotiation and planning skills
• Ability to lead teams and resolve supplier issues
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of global supply chain professionals for interior cockpit components.
• Present status, strategies and remedies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supplier Quality to qualify suppliers.
• Create RFQs, evaluate quotes and select best sourcing options.
• Negotiate contracts including pricing, tooling and services (NRE/EDT).
• Release parts to production and issue POs for prototypes and tooling.
• Manage supplier development and timelines, solving delays.
• Maintain supplier relationships and report on sourcing status and costs.
• Travel 15-25% to visit suppliers and conduct reviews.
