Job summary

Ingrasys is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to support a global supply chain across multiple locations and time zones. You will own material planning, CTB process, and end-to-end inventory management for a key data center customer in the Great Seattle Area.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, manage supplier relationships, and monitor KPIs. Travel up to 25% internationally and within the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3-8 years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent business communication skills (oral and written).
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with macro/VBA skills.
• Strong relationship management with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple issues in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own development and execution of material plan supporting production schedule.
• Manage the Clear to Build process and resolve material shortages.
• Own end-to-end inventory and set target levels.
• Identify excess/obsolete inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and address opportunities/risks.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers daily.
• Lead project teams on critical initiatives and drive improvements.
• Represent SCM across factories to meet with the customer.
