Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to lead global supply management for soft goods materials, textiles, adhesives, and polyurethane. You will oversee supplier development, on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and program management while partnering across material, product development, and operations teams.

Role requires 5+ years in NPI or supply chain, a mechanical/industrial engineering background, and comfort with up to 25% travel for on-site support and supplier

Qualifications

• 5+ years in NPI operations readiness, supply chain, or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar discipline.
• Textile or soft goods materials experience.
• On-site availability with travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain management: identification, development, and management of Client soft goods materials suppliers.
• On-time delivery: schedule, capacity, and supply planning to meet Client’s production demand
• Risk Mitigation: evaluation of technical and business risks using data-based analysis and developing sound risk mitigation alternatives
• Program Management: the ability to manage all of the above tasks and personnel resources
• Cross functional: support and collaboration across Client's material, product development, and operations teams
• Technology Development Management: evaluation and development of new technologies using new materials, finishes, and processes.
• Build Support: on site management of materials and final assembly partners to manage the development builds, risk mitigation, and ramp
• Travel up to 25%
