Job summary

St Engineering in the West region seeks a Supply Chain Management Executive to lead material planning, inventory optimization, and forecasting across international projects. You will analyze consumption, lead times, MOQs and EOQ, and collaborate with engineering and procurement to ensure timely material availability.

You will leverage Power BI for real-time visibility, manage stock health, and drive proactive replenishment.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; pro-active
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets and SAP S4/ Hana
• Ability to create digital reports
• Ability to handle and manage international business, with minimal travel

Responsibilities

• Material planning using statistical analysis, lead time, and EUC requirements to support operations
• Periodic review of inventory levels and replenishment planning based on provisioning models
• Engage stakeholders to review legacy stock and stock obsolescence
• Collaborate with project teams to translate milestones into material projections
• Track forecast vs actual usage and drive timely resolution of gaps
• Use Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and proactive replenishment actions
