Air Lift Company is seeking a Senior Supply Chain leader to oversee regional and global materials planning, inventory management, and inbound/outbound logistics. The role ensures products are available at the right time while optimizing landed costs and working capital.

You will drive SIOP, manage data quality across ERP/MRP, and lead a cross-functional team through launches, transitions, and supplier changes. Domestic and international travel required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, or equivalent.
• Proven materials management, inventory/MRP, and transportation experience.
• Advanced ERP/MRP ownership; manage data, BOMs, lead times, planning parameters.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment; lead teams and schedules.
• Domestic and occasional international travel.

Mansioni

• Lead materials planning and inventory across domestic/international supply channels.
• Own ERP/MRP planning data, BOM accuracy, lead times, safety stock.
• Improve inventory turns, order fill, and working capital.
• Develop regional/global inbound/outbound logistics strategies.
• Coordinate launches, transitions, and supplier changes.
• Lead and develop the materials/logistics team.
• Track accuracy, turns, days of supply, and on-time delivery.
