Interstates is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing to lead the supply chain strategy for a manufacturing offer category and develop a strong team. You will influence supplier performance, inventory planning, forecasting, sourcing, cost management, and project execution, shaping material availability and client satisfaction.

The role requires strategic leadership, experience in MRP and ERP systems, and the ability to travel roughly 30% to support projects and supplier engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Experience with inventory management, availability, and material flow.
• Experience with MRP processes and systems.
• Experience with forecasting and translating demand into supply and material requirements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%, with additional travel as needed.
