You will engage with internal partners and senior leaders to drive improvements and deliver measurable results. You will complete accreditation requirements, grow professionally, and have exposure to international leadership as part of a structured early career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2027 in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Internship experience required; analytics internship preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, work, or extracurriculars.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher at application time.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8‑month rotations across business functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gain hands‑on experience.
• Identify efficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Finish all accreditation/certification requirements where applicable.
• Manage time and progress tasks to meet deadlines.
