Safelite’s Global Early Career Program invites high-potential graduates to rotate through three 8-month assignments, gaining exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the business. You will develop analytical, financial modeling, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills to drive opportunities and inform decisions.

Based in the United States, with relocation to Columbus, OH as needed, the program offers mentorship, structured development, and the chance to pursue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by June 2027 in business/finance or related major.
• Intranet internship experience required; analytics preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• GPA 3.3+; ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Willing to relocate to Columbus, OH and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8-month rotations across business functions.
• Perform day-to-day tasks and projects with direct impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Analyze tasks, present insights, and support senior leadership decisions.
• Develop program deliverables and contribute to stretch projects.
