Job summary

Fahlo seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead global inventory forecasting, procurement, fulfillment operations, warehouse management, and logistics strategy across all sales channels, including Shopify DTC, wholesale, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. This role partners with Marketing, Finance, Fulfillment, and the Executive team to ensure products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain operations and fulfillment leadership.
• Experience managing 3PLs, warehouses, and international shipping operations.
• Proven ability to establish order operations and inventory workflows for high-growth channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, wholesale).
• Track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory forecasting across all product categories and channels.
• Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs for forecasting and launches.
• Establish regular inventory review cadences for ecommerce and wholesale.
• Monitor inventory in transit and ensure visibility across warehouses.
