Job summary

Clean Nutra is seeking a Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to own the full logistics and distribution engine as we scale from $150M+ toward $1B. You’ll manage 3PL partners, freight, and the physical flow of inventory across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify, and our in‑house warehouse, plus co‑manufacturer coordination.

This senior role leads the supply chain team, drives Cin7 ERP and WMS improvements, and travels regularly to co‑manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience with director-level leadership.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships, freight negotiation, and co-manufacturer/production partners.
• Experience in multi-channel eCommerce or CPG—Amazon, Walmart, DTC/Shopify, or similar exposure.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to co-manufacturer facilities.
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own 3PL relationships end-to-end—contract negotiation, SLA/KPI monitoring, performance reviews.
• Manage carrier selection, freight rate negotiation, and route optimization.
• Own logistics cost and performance metrics (OTIF, cost-to-serve, inventory turns).
• Oversee production coordination with co-manufacturers—scheduling, capacity planning, and quality/compliance oversight.
• Travel regularly to co-manufacturer facilities to oversee production and strengthen partnerships.
• Lead ERP/WMS improvements relevant to logistics as the company scales.
