Qualifications

• Advanced Excel VBA/macro development (data import and consolidation, dynamic ranges, lookups, formatting automation).
• Analytical problem-solving: assess situations, define requirements, propose actionable solutions.
• Automation of manual processes and tools used daily, with ongoing maintenance.
• Strong data management: reconciling sources, validating accuracy, structuring data for reporting.
• Project management in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools as part of the workflow (development, analysis, documentation).
• Excellent communication: translate business needs into technical solutions and train users.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive sales and operations workflows using Excel VBA macros.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot automation tools across files and tabs.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects: requirements, build, testing, rollout, and training.
