Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Project Specialist - Global Strategic Accounts to support the growth of the global supply chain by improving communication and reporting, and by automating data workflows to free time for customer-focused work. You will partner with sales teams to optimize daily processes, reconcile data across global datasets, and design VBA-based automation that standardizes reports.

This role requires strong Excel, data management, and cross‑functional collaboration across time

Qualifications

Advanced Excel VBA/macro development for data import, consolidation and automation.
Strong data management and reporting capabilities across multiple sources.
Experience automating daily processes and maintaining tools over time.

Responsibilities

Support sales staff in global supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
Meet with sales teams to review processes and identify automation opportunities.
Manage and reconcile data across global datasets for reporting and analysis.
Enhance internal and customer-facing reporting and communications.
Design, build, and troubleshoot Excel VBA macros to automate workflows.
Develop one-touch automation for recurring tasks and update customer master files.
Own automation tool lifecycle: requirements, build, testing, rollout, training.
Apply AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, and process design.
