Arrow Electronics in Colorado is seeking a Project Specialist - Global Strategic Accounts to support growth of the global supply chain by enhancing customer satisfaction through improved communication and reporting, while driving efficiency in sales processes and automation of data workflows.

The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Excel VBA tools, integrating Power BI dashboards, and managing data across multiple global datasets.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros required.
• Experience automating manual processes and building tools used daily by others.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in global supply chain processes with practical solutions.
• Review daily and weekly processes with sales teams and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage, reconcile, and validate data across datasets for reporting.
• Enhance internal and customer-facing reporting and communications.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel VBA macros for automated workflows.
• Develop one-touch automation for recurring tasks such as backlog data and commit-date calculations.
• Own full lifecycle of automation tools: requirements, build, testing, rollout, training, maintenance.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, documentation, and design.
