Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Supply Chain Services Manager to drive strategic, solution-based selling to VP-level and C-suite customers across Europe. You will partner with sales to design differentiated, value-driven supply chain offerings and lead engagements that expand Arrow's wallet share.

Qualifications

Knowledge of electronic component industry with supply chain and manufacturing practices.
Experience in solution selling and influencing at executive level.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Able to manage projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to leverage Arrow's supply chain and services for growth.
Differentiate Arrow with bespoke, consultative solutions for VP-level buyers.
Understand financial objectives and ensure solution design meets thresholds.
Support ongoing maintenance of implemented solutions with Sales and BPM teams.
Engage with influencers and decision-makers to expand wallet share.
