Qualifications

• Advanced Excel VBA/macro development including data import and consolidation.
• Strong data management and reconciliation across sources for reporting.
• Experience automating manual processes and building tools used daily by others.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in global supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Meet regularly with sales teams to review processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage, reconcile, and validate data across global datasets for reporting.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel VBA macros to automate workflows.
• Own full lifecycle of automation tools including training and maintenance.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, documentation, and process design.
