Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Colorado is seeking a Project Specialist for Global Strategic Accounts. The role supports growth of the global supply chain by improving communication, reporting, and automation of data workflows to free the sales team from repetitive tasks.

You will design and maintain Excel VBA tools, reconcile data across global datasets, and collaborate with sales to drive process improvements and faster decision-making.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with VBA/macros for data import, consolidation and reporting.
• Experience automating manual processes and building user-facing tools.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities across multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and train users.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in global supply chain processes with practical solutions and continuous improvement.
• Review daily/weekly processes with sales teams and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage, reconcile, and validate data across global datasets for reporting.
• Enhance internal and customer-facing reporting and communications.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel VBA macros to automate workflows and standardize reports.
• Develop one-touch automation for recurring tasks and update customer master files.
• Own the full lifecycle of automation tools from requirements to maintenance.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, and process design.
