Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst within the GTO CoE to provide analytical, documentation, and reporting support across the portfolio. You will develop governance artifacts, maintain lifecycle standards, and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, PMO support, governance support, process documentation, or portfolio coordination.
• Experience supporting a PMO, CoE, governance, or portfolio-management function within a matrixed organization.
• Hands-on experience with portfolio and reporting platforms (Smartsheet, JIRA, Clarity, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, templates, forms, and governance artifacts across all CoE domains.
• Prepare and consolidate recurring portfolio reporting inputs and ensure updates meet standards.
• Validate intake records and manage approval workflows through stages.
• Perform dashboard and report QA, trace figures to source records, document discrepancies for correction.
• Data cleanup and standardization across portfolio trackers and reporting sources.
• Assemble governance materials for leadership forums and portfolio review packages.
• Capture requirements and translate stakeholder requests into clear criteria and flows.
• Create process flows and swim lanes documenting end-to-end governance processes.
• Assist with configuration and maintenance updates to intake forms, workflows, and tools.
• Maintain reference materials and training aids used across GTO.
• Track adherence to governance standards and flag missing artifacts.
• Support onboarding of project managers to CoE standards and templates.
• Capture feedback and refine processes to reduce admin effort while preserving governance.
