Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional to partner with internal customers and optimize supply chain operations across transportation and warehousing. You will align data and technology solutions, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable decisions for management and operations teams.

The role emphasizes applying data analytics across multi-functional teams and leading ML/AI initiatives to drive innovation in the Global Logistics organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Advanced Degree is desired.
• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and challenges, with preferred expertise in transportation and warehousing.
• Experience with TMS/WMS systems preferred.
• Experience with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and Analytics projects managing Build and Run teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with GCP BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools preferred.
• Experience using AI/ML modeling tools such as MS Visual Studio or similar tools.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze large datasets related to transport and warehousing to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics teams, including opportunity analysis and product ownership.
