Job summary

URBN is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team. The role emphasizes data-oriented analysis and strong communication across brands and internal teams. The candidate will support planning, forecasting, and metrics improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal applicants will have Excel-driven data skills and 2+ years in the supply chain field, with the ability to use SQL and present findings effectively. This is an on-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and competency in building models.
• Ability to use SQL and connect with multiple brands and sites.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Operations Planning and forecasting processes.
• Assist in long-range planning across all brands.
• Contribute to inbound scorecard with sourcing, brands, and transportation.
• Forecast call-center staffing and labor.
• Support logistics labor planning at distribution/fulfillment sites.
• Assist in global scorecarding and metrics enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
