Job summary

URBN is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team. The candidate should have a data-oriented and analytical background and be able to communicate among brands and internal teams even with competing priorities.

You will contribute to Sales & Operation Planning, long-range planning, inbound scorecards, and labor planning across distribution sites. The role requires strong Excel skills, data visualization experience, and the ability to build models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain field or internship experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build models.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external teams.
• Ability to use SQL and build data-driven insights.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Operation Planning and Forecasting.
• Long Range Planning across all brands.
• Inbound scorecard with sourcing, brands, and transportation.
• Call center forecasting and labor planning.
• Logistics labor planning within distribution/fulfillment sites.
• Global Scorecarding process and metric enhancements.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.
