Job summary

URBN is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team. The role emphasizes data-oriented analysis and strong communication across brands and internal teams. The candidate will support planning, forecasting, and metrics improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal applicants will have Excel-driven data skills and 2+ years in the supply chain field, with the ability to use SQL and present findings effectively. This is an on-site role in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Operations Planning and forecasting processes.

• Support logistics labor planning at distribution/fulfillment sites.
• Assist in global scorecarding and metrics enhancements.

URBN is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a data-oriented and analytical background. The supply chain analyst will be able to effectively communicate among different parties and work well with multiple groups even when there are competing priorities.

Role Responsibilities

• Sales & Operation Planning and Forecasting
• Long Range Planning across all brands
• Inbound scorecard and related scope w/ sourcing, brands, and transportation
• Call center forecasting & labor planning
• Logistics labor planning within distribution/fulfillment sites
• Global Scorecarding process and metric enhancements
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager

• Excel driven background or data visualization experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field

• 2+ years in supply chain field (or applicable internship experience)
