Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division seeks a Supply Chain Supplier Performance Manager for our Beltsville, MD facility. Up to 50% travel to suppliers nationwide will be required to drive performance and improvements.

You will lead delivery performance, establish procurement processes, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to optimize material flow and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Export-controlled information requires U.S. person status.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead network planning team in the execution, monitoring, and controlling of supplier delivery performance and supplier SIOP.
• Establish and maintain best in class procurement processes in alignment with corporate and division procedures & training guides.
• Develop commodity knowledge and procurement process expertise within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment to support supplier management and continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics (Past Due, OTD, DPPM) and address gaps with tactical recovery plans.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to meet defined targets and business needs.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier locations using procurement/tools.
