Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Network Supplier Performance Manager to drive supplier recovery and improve performance across global aerospace suppliers. You will partner with planning, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure on-time material flow and meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong analytics, ERPs, and procurement process expertise, with travel up to 75% and a focus on continuous improvement within a multinational operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information; U.S. person status required.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or SCM.
• Minimum of five (5) years of procurement experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in supply chain management.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading multi-functional teams or projects.
• Minimum of three (3) years of aerospace SCM experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans and monitoring performance.
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to drive alignment.
• Lead material and supplier strategies within IPTs to support program execution.
• Establish and maintain procurement processes aligned with corporate procedures.
• Develop procurement knowledge within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps with tactical plans.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier locations.
