Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division seeks a Supply Chain Supplier Performance Manager located at our Jackson, MS facility. This role requires up to 75% travel to supplier sites across the United States and focuses on improving supplier performance and procurement processes.

Reporting to the Operations Procurement Manager, you will develop action and recovery plans for under-performing suppliers and compile supply chain data for reporting. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in SCM are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Export-controlled information: must be a U.S. person per U.S. regulations.
• No relocation benefit; municipal geographic limitation within 75 miles of Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance improvements and manage action/recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to meet targets.
• Analyze supply chain data and report to Eaton Aerospace FMC leadership.
• Drive procurement process improvements and best practices across sites.
• Travel up to 75% to supplier sites across the United States.
