Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to lead supplier recovery and performance improvements across the global supplier network, partnering with IPTs, planning, manufacturing, and procurement. Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans, monitoring supplier performance, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring timely closure of recovery actions to support production commitments.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to drive alignment, improve communication, and ensure successful execution of customer commitments and performance targets.
• Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within IPTs, leading material and supplier strategies to support program execution, schedule adherence, cost objectives, and customer deliverables.
• Establish and maintain best in class procurement processes in alignment with corporate and division procedures and training guides.
• Develop commodity knowledge and procurement process expertise within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment organization to support supplier management and continuous improvement.
• Monitor overall supplier performance metrics and address performance gaps by driving defined tactical strategies.
