Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Beltsville, MD facility is seeking a Supply Chain Supplier Performance Manager. This role will travel up to 50% to suppliers across the United States and reports to the Operations Fulfillment Manager in a growing organization focused on improving supplier performance globally.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in supply chain management, and experience with procurement processes. Salary range stated is $129,000–$190,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Export-controlled information requires U.S. person status.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead network planning team for supplier delivery performance and SIOP.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class procurement processes.
• Develop commodity knowledge within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps with tactical strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to meet targets.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier sites.
• Leverage supply chain data to set priorities aligned with site goals.
