Eaton Aerospace FMC in Jackson, MS is seeking a Supply Chain Supplier Performance Manager to lead supplier delivery performance, establish best-in-class procurement processes, and drive improvement plans with under-performing suppliers across North America.

This role requires up to 75% travel, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or SCM, 5+ years in supply chain, and US work authorization. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. U.S. person as defined by regulations.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 75-mile radius of Jackson, MS will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead network planning team in the execution, monitoring, and controlling of supplier delivery performance and supplier SIOP.
• Establish and maintain best in class procurement processes in alignment with corporate and division procedures & training guides.
• Develop commodity knowledge and procurement process expertise within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment organization to support effective supplier management and continuous improvement.
• Monitor overall supplier performance metrics (Past Due, OTD, DPPM, etc.) and address performance gaps with defined recovery plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to maintain performance against targets.
• Drive systemic operational procurement improvements at sites and supplier sites using procurement/materals tools.
• Leverage supply chain data to align Operations Fulfillment priorities with site and business objectives.
