Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information; candidate must be a U.S. person as defined by regulations.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery efforts by developing and executing corrective action plans, monitoring supplier performance, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring timely closure of recovery actions to support production commitments.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to drive alignment and improve communication to meet performance targets.
• Serve as the primary supply chain focal point within IPTs, leading material and supplier strategies to support program execution and schedule adherence.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class procurement processes aligned with corporate and division procedures and trainings.
• Develop commodity knowledge and procurement process expertise within the Procurement Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics (Past Due, OTD, DPPM) and address gaps with focused recovery plans.
• Drive process for systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier sites using procurement tools.
• Leverage supply chain data to set priorities aligned with site and business objectives.
