Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Aerospace FMC division seeks a Supply Chain Supplier Performance Manager for our Jackson, MS facility. This role will manage under-performing suppliers, lead recovery plans, and compile supply chain data for reporting across Eaton Aerospace FMC in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Export-controlled information access requires U.S. person status as defined by regulations.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 75-mile radius of Jackson, MS will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead network planning team in supplier delivery performance and SIOP.
• Establish and maintain procurement processes aligned with procedures and guides.
• Develop commodity knowledge and procurement process expertise within the Center of Excellence and Operations Fulfillment.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and address gaps with short-term recovery plans.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to meet targets.
• Drive systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier sites.
• Leverage data to align priorities with site and business objectives.
