Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, IT or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM/SD/LE modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for manufacturing partners and suppliers, aligning with global strategies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Finance and Business Development to gather requirements.
• Manage end-to-end integration setup, enabling B2B transactions via EDI, XML, APIs and SAP S/4HANA.
• Gather and document business requirements for POs, ASNs, invoices, and master data exchanges.
• Ensure integrations align with SAP S/4HANA processes and approved architecture.
• Deploy agentic AI systems for supplier assessments, issue resolution, and dynamic workflows.
• Develop onboarding documentation, configurations, and process playbooks.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational policies.
• Drive continuous improvement using AI insights and process mining.
