Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Supplier Maintenance Specialist to support day-to-day supplier management within the International Finance team, collaborating with Accounts Payable and Procurement. Hybrid role based in Cary, NC, with a 12-month contract.

You will be responsible for supplier setup, approvals, data maintenance, and tax form handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance across international subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay modules in ERP systems (Workday preferred).
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier maintenance through approval processes and Portal technology.
• Process supplier setup, changes, deactivations, and banking information accuracy.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and suppliers on tax and 1099/1042 reporting.
• Perform supplier risk reviews and ensure compliance and data integrity.
