Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a motivated Procurement Associate to support strategic sourcing and supplier management for aftermarket parts. You will develop sourcing strategies, nurture supplier relationships, and negotiate terms to optimize cost and delivery across a global organization.

Ideal candidates have a Supply Chain degree or related background, 2+ years in procurement or sourcing, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for aftermarket parts.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance reviews.
• Negotiate terms and support contract administration.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities via strategic sourcing.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management.
