Ideal candidates have a Supply Chain degree or related background, 2+ years in procurement or sourcing, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Associate to support strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives within an aftermarket parts environment. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across supply chain, engineering, operations, and product management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a Supply Chain degree or early‑career professionals looking to build their expertise in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain operations within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category Strategy Development
    • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for aftermarket parts and materials.
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, opportunities, and supply chain risks.
    • Identify opportunities for supplier optimization, localization, and continuous improvement.
    • Help align procurement strategies with business and operational objectives.
  • Supplier Management
    • Assist with supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and on‑time delivery.
    • Manage supplier accounts and administrative activities.
    • Support supplier performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
  • Negotiation & Contract Support
    • Participate in supplier negotiations related to pricing, terms, and agreements.
    • Support contract administration and supplier relationship management.
    • Work cross‑functional to ensure sourcing decisions support operational and financial goals.
  • Cost Optimization
    • Identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives.
    • Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to improve value and reduce risk.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining quality and delivery expectations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management teams.
    • Ensure procurement activities align with business needs and customer expectations.
    • Assist in resolving supply chain challenges and supporting operational priorities.
  • Supplier Performance Management
    • Track supplier KPIs and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to address quality, cost, and delivery concerns.
    • Support ongoing supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sourcing.

  • Proven understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management principles.
  • Experience driving cost savings through supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
