Job summary

IMCS Group is seeking a Supplier Management Analyst to support onboarding, data management, and regulatory compliance across domestic and international suppliers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal partners to maintain supplier records in Oracle and related systems, while meeting SLAs.

Experience with tax IDs, VAT, 1099, OFAC screening, and process improvements is preferred.

Qualifications

• Collect and review required tax, banking, and other information from domestic and international suppliers.
• Validate accuracy and coordinate with suppliers and internal partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform compliance checks for OFAC screening, TIN matching, 1099 reporting, VAT, and internal policies.
• Maintain supplier records by entering and updating information in Oracle and other databases.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries within SLAs; troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain quality standards and productivity while completing tasks on time.
