Vanguard's Enterprise Supply Management (ESM) Accounts Payable team seeks a Supplier Management Analyst to help manage supplier onboarding and maintenance, ensuring accurate vendor records in Oracle and timely responses to internal and external requests.

The role emphasizes compliance, including OFAC screening and tax validation, while supporting stakeholders within defined service levels. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3–5 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier onboarding and maintenance and vendor data accuracy.
• Comfort with tax and regulatory checks (W-8/W-9, 1099/VAT).
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Data Management: create and update domestic and international records in Oracle with high accuracy.
• Compliance & Validation: collect and validate tax, banking, and business docs; perform OFAC, TIN matching, 1099/VAT checks.
• Stakeholder Support & SLAs: respond to supplier inquiries and meet strict SLA timelines.
• Continuous Improvement: suggest process improvements to enhance data integrity and efficiency.
