Job summary
Gigamon is seeking a Principal Global Success Automation & Solutions Engineer to lead post-sales deployment and optimization of our network visibility and security products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design deployments, and ensure systems meet ISO 27001/CIS/NIST standards for security, while driving automation to improve time to value.
You will guide pilots, tests, and documentation to deliver high-quality deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years designing and deploying network tools with security and scale.
- Strong TCP/IP, L2/L3, IPv4/IPv6 and virtualization experience.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack and cloud platforms.
- Proficient in Python, Java, C and APIs.
- Excellent English communication and cross-geography collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment design and optimization of Gigamon’s visibility and security products.
- Identify deployment alternatives and propose optimized solutions for diverse customers.
- Ensure security compliance with ISO 27001, CIS, and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security policies.
- Automate post-sales processes to improve time to value.
- Conduct testing, documentation, and pilot deliveries to ensure quality.
