You will design and build lab test beds, define and automate test strategies, execute manual and automated tests, and collaborate with development, automation, and support teams to resolve field escalations and improve product quality.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain lab test beds to validate security and networking features.
Create, review, and manage functional, performance, integration, and interoperability test cases.
Execute test plans with a focus on customer quality, including manual and automated testing.
Develop and maintain automated test cases in parallel with manual testing.
Investigate field escalations and drive resolution with support and development teams.
Create and manage bugs, ensuring documentation and closure.
Collaborate with development to improve test progress and bug fix throughput.
Analyze architectures to design effective tests and understand feature validation implications.
Characterize, analyze, and resolve performance and scalability issues in complex deployments.
Serve as test project lead and mentor junior QA engineers.
