Job summary

Nexperia seeks a Director of Strategy to join the BGICS Leadership Team, guiding long-term direction while ensuring governance and operating discipline. Qualifications

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (plus MBA).
• 15+ years in Semiconductor Sales & Marketing.
• Deep knowledge of Power, Signal and Analog ICs and their markets.
• Proven track record in BG-level P&L, budgets and investment decisions.
• Strong ability to analyze data and perform financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to BGICS strategy, market development and annual planning processes.
• Co-own roadmap priorities with Product Management and R&D leaders.
• Lead market research to size markets and track trends; brief leadership on changes.
