Job summary

Globalia is seeking a Director of Strategy to shape the overarching vision and multi-service roadmap for SmartBug's medium and large accounts. You will integrate marketing, AI, web, PR, and technical services to drive a unified competitive advantage and ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in digital strategy or business consulting with cross-departmental integration
• Business acumen to converse with C-suite executives about business goals, not just marketing tactics
• Consultative maturity to steer C-suite conversations toward high-level strategy and resource allocation
• Familiarity with PR, SEO, Web Development, and AI tools in marketing and sales
• Proven ability to provide high-level vision while empowering a team to execute
• Deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem and third-party integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
