Job summary

Wesco seeks a Director of Global Strategic Marketing for Data Centers & Global Accounts to lead the company’s marketing strategy across the United States and Canada. This role partners with executive sales leadership, strategic technology partners, and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver integrated go-to-market plans.

The successful candidate will drive demand generation, ABM, and digital initiatives, while aligning investments with business priorities and tracking ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with increasing strategic leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience leading integrated marketing programs within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide global marketing leadership supporting Wesco’s Data Center business, Global Accounts organization, and CSS across the United States and Canada.
• Partner with executive sales leadership and strategic technology partners to identify growth opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated global marketing programs including demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and campaigns.
• Align marketing investments with strategic priorities and measure performance across pipeline and ROI.
• Lead dashboards and analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness and data-driven decisions.
• Coach and develop marketing professionals while fostering collaboration and accountability.
