Job summary

Wesco's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to source top talent for Data Center Services, partnering with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and manage full lifecycle recruiting. You will design and implement strategies to build pipelines of specialized talent for data center operations, technicians, and facility support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years recruiting experience including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
• Data Center recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruiting policies, practices and employment law.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and clients.
• Experience building and driving creative sourcing strategies, including social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and develop recruitment strategy.
• Source, screen and facilitate interview process to deliver highly qualified candidates.
• Identify challenges and consult with stakeholders to develop creative solutions.
