Job summary

ASM, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a Senior HRBP/People Partner in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, guiding talent, performance, engagement, and organizational challenges.

The role provides business-facing partnership, balancing execution with diagnostics and coaching managers to strengthen ownership and judgments. You will drive People projects and support organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience including manager support.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Ability to coach managers and translate data into actions.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and US employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relations with leaders and employees.
• Coordinate with COEs and HR Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead local or regional People projects and process improvements.
• Provide informal coaching and guidance to Associate People Partners.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement.
