Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience with employee relations, performance and talent management, change.
• Ability to coach leaders and manage sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong data analysis, planning, and organizational effectiveness capability.

Responsabilités
